High in the mountains of central and southern Huila, Colombia, exceptional coffee grows at elevations between 1,500 and 2,000 meters. Dulima was created to celebrate the distinctive coffee profile of this region, where rich growing conditions and generations of coffee cultivation produce beautifully balanced coffees.
This washed coffee is sun-dried on patios and produces a rich, full-bodied cup with notes of chocolate, ripe red fruit and bright citrus
Meet the Women Behind the Bean
This particular lot is sourced from smallholder women coffee producers in Colombia's Huila region through the Café Delas women-producer program. These coffees are carefully selected for consistency and quality while connecting the cup to the women who grow it.
Coffee of the Month Tasting Notes
Rich and full-bodied, this Colombian coffee opens with smooth chocolate notes, followed by ripe red fruit and a touch of bright citrus. Balanced, vibrant, and beautifully rounded, it finishes with a deep, lingering sweetness.
