Our Story

Pilgrim's Path Coffee started with a simple yet ambitious question: what if we could roast exceptional coffee to fund an extraordinary journey? In spring of 2026, six students from Chesterton Academy of Atlanta—Gabriel, Kate, Ethan, Allie, Evelyn, and Sophia —began turning that question into reality. This student-owned venture represents the first Chesterton Academy of Atlanta Entrepreneur Club business and a bold step into youth entrepreneurship. From sourcing and roasting to packaging each batch of roasted coffee, these young founders handle every aspect of their craft. Their goal extends beyond building a successful coffee company; they're working to fund a pilgrimage to Rome while learning firsthand what it means to be true entrepreneurs. Pilgrim's Path is proof that age is no barrier to passion, purpose, and creating something meaningful.
